Rates:

Rooms are $70-$75 with a second night discount. Tax applies and subject to availability. A full delicious breakfast is included. Special weekly/monthly rates are possible, or if one party chooses all four rooms. Also have gift certificates. In good weather guests may request a romantic "picnic for two", to enjoy at the nearby River Grenway. Ask us about this option. Also, contact Kathy for rates for teas, small wedding/baby showers, club meetings, Church circles, Red Hat, etc.

Policies:

Our house policies include no smoking, and we prefer children over 12 years of age.

Pets:

Ask about pets.
We have pets and really have no objection to animal guests. Ask!

A $5 discount applied to prepaid reservations.

Special rates are available by the week or month.

First night's room rate is required for all reservations.

Deposit may be made by check and credit cards are accepted. A $10 fee applies to less than 24 hour cancellation or no show.

Directions:

Bluffton, IN is easily accessible off of I-69. It is located 25 miles south of Fort Wayne on State Road 1, which becomes Main street in Bluffton. Washington Street is one block south of the Court House (Main and Market Streets) and runs perpendicular to Main Street. From Main Street turn east (between Welche's Automotive Repair and the Post Office) onto Washington Street. The Washington Street Inn is on your right in the second block.
